14-Day Return & Chargeback Policy

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Due to hygiene and customization reasons, certain items (e.g., accessories, undergarments, and personalized pieces) are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method upon inspection of the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If the return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

• Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with proof of purchase, delivery confirmation, and store policy agreements.

• We strictly enforce our policy and take necessary actions to prevent fraudulent disputes.
